This page has a few questions and answers for your convenience. |
Where is the actual RCS Management office located? How do I get there? Do I need to make an appointment?
RCS Management’s office is located at 1934 Old Gallows Road, Suite 350, Vienna, VA 22182. It is located in the Tysons Corner area right off the beltway. Click for Directions To The Office
If you are just dropping off a package or a dues payment, feel free to do so at the front desk inside our suite. The staff will ensure it receives attention on a timely basis.
Before you head over to meet up with us, you should call to ensure that someone is in the office. Just like your doctor and most professional offices, an appointment is necessary if you would like to meet with any staff of RCS Management. “Drop-in visits” CANNOT be accommodated in the interest of efficiency.
If you wish to meet with Rod Strawderman, you MUST call to make an appointment. Given his weekly schedule involves multiple days outside the office, this may save you a fruitless trip without an appointment.
How do I order a resale disclosure packet? What do I need to do? Disclosure packets are available via electronic or hard copy. There are courier, update and expedite options available to you. In order to request a disclosure packet, you MUST download and complete the RCS request form at the bottom of this page (or here: http://www.rcsmanagement.org/images/Disclosure_Packet_Request_2011.pdf). This form contains all applicable information on costs, options and the process.
How do I have a PUD certification or qualification letter completed? What is the fee associated with this? In order to have a PUD certification or qualification letter completed, you MUST forward the original form along with a check payable to RCS Management. The fee is $50.00 for this service. Be advised...no form will be accepted via fax as the check MUST be received before we start this process.
WHAT ARE THE HOLIDAY HOURS? RCS will be closed on federal holidays observed by banks and the postal service. Additional holiday hours may be established during Easter week, the summer months, Thanksgiving week and between and around Christmas and New Years. The Home page will be updated as those times approach.
